Q:How to choose the right kit?

R:Select products based on testing items, sample types, quantitative/qualitative requirements, and methodologies (ELISA / fluorescence detection).


II. Order & Logistics

Q:How to get a quotation and place an order?
R:Contact our sales team and provide details of items, quantities and delivery information. Process flow: Official quotation → Invoice issuance → Payment → Shipment.
Q:Delivery time and packaging?
R:In-stock items will be shipped within 3~5 working days. Kits are delivered with ice packs and foam boxes; instruments adopt standard packaging.
Q:What shipping methods are available?

R:We support UPS, DHL and other designated freight forwarders.


III. Storage & Shelf Life

Q:How to store the kits?
R:Unopened ELISA kits require refrigeration at 2–8°C. Test cards should be stored at 2–30°C, refer to the manual for detailed instructions.
Q:What is the shelf life?
R:The general shelf life of unopened products is 6–12 months, subject to the expiration date marked on the product label.
Q:How long can opened kits be used?

R:It is recommended to use opened kits as soon as possible. Sealed and stored at 2–8°C, they are best used within 1 month to avoid contamination and efficacy loss.


IV. Usage & Operation

Q:What instruments are required?

An ELISA microplate reader is required for ELISA testing; a matched fluorescence reader/analyzer is needed for fluorescent quantitative testing, and supporting instruments are available for sale.

Q:How to handle quality issues?
R:Please feedback any problems within 7 days after receiving goods with photos or test data. We will provide replacement, return or refund services after verification.
Q:How to obtain technical support?
R:Contact our sales or technical support team on working days. Provide batch numbers, sample information, operating procedures and original data for a prompt response.
